Job Description:

The Carclub Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Accountant to join its team.

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for supervising and directing the finance operations by providing a quality accounting and administration service leading to effective administration and management of the company.

2.To prepare periodic financial statements, including departmental profit and loss accounts, financial positions, cash flows, variance analysis, budgets and forecasts with commentaries and exploring potential problems with site officers.

3.To hold monthly meetings with management to discuss budgetary position and agree on action plans.

4.Ensure timely statutory submission including CSG, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Corporate Tax & APS on MNS or other relevant regulatory bodies.

5.Ensure internal controls are in place and that existing policies and procedures are adhered to.

6.To deal with Internal Auditors, External Auditors, financial institutions, MRA and other Statutory Bodies.

7.To assist in the improvement of financial information system and process.

8.To provide information for audits and liaise with internal and external auditors.

9.To ensure that finance functions are completed in accordance with established policies and standards and related governmental requirements.

Qualification & Experience:

1.Degree in Finance / Minimum ACCA Level 3

2.At least 5 years working experience will definitely be an advantage.

3.Knowledge of IAS / IFRS / Local Tax / PAYE / VAT / TDS / and NPS Filings

4.Good analytical skills

5.Ability to work under pressure and to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
